The Quiza Studio LLC offers digital marketing services including but not limited to Business Profile Optimization, Website Design, and Email Newsletter Setup. Detailed descriptions of each service are provided on our website.
By hiring our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and enter into a binding contract with The Quiza Studio LLC.
Payment is due in full prior to commencement of any work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate service delivery. Delays caused by the client may result in delays in project timelines.
Deliverables will be provided as specified in the service agreement. The Quiza Studio LLC does not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or email campaign success, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables. The Quiza Studio LLC retains the right to use work created for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
The Quiza Studio LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the contract in writing. In the event of termination by the client after work has started, no refunds will be issued. Any outstanding payments will remain due.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
